Does the Xterra fitness TR 6.6 treadmill have incline workout

by Jack on April 29, 2016

A person asked whether or not the Xterra fitness TR 6.6 treadmill provides incline. We believe we address this in our overall review of the model but we will try to be a bit more specific here.

Working out at an incline is great for both building endurance and also helps burn calories faster compared to working out on a flat grade surface. Yes, this model includes incline.

On the center console there are push button controls which allows you to increase the grade of the running platform from 0 to 15% grade increase. This is better than many models in the around $1000 price range which provide only a maximum of 12% grade increase. The following video gives you an excellent look at the incline function as well as an overall review of this model.

Is this a good treadmill to buy or what? In our opinion for the money, this Xterra model is one of the best models you can buy at this price point.

If you are a runner looking to buy an affordable home treadmill in 2016 we recommend checking this model out. What we like about is the powerful 3.0 CHP motor and the large 20 x 60 inch (W x L) running platform it provides. Also, this is a sturdy, quality built model with a 350 pound user weight capacity.  You will not find these types of specifications on many other similarly priced models in 2016.
