What is the weight capacity of theĀ LifeSpan TR 1200i Folding Treadmill? The capacity of this model is 300 lbs.

How many inches in length is the tread belt (running platform)? 56-inches in length. Is this long enough to run comfortably? (Read more)

What are the unfolded dimensions? 70.25″ x 33″ x 55″ (L x W x H) in inches.

What are the folded dimensions? 39″ x 33″ x 63″ (L x W x H) in inches.

The minimum and maximum speed of the treadmill? 0.5 – 11 MPH.

Does it incline? Yes. Push button controls on the center console allow the use to control the incline through 15 different grade settings.

Should you buy a mat to place underneath? Yes, we would recommend purchasing a mat. Mats are fairly inexpensive and are good to use for many different reasons. Prevents the treadmill from sliding, prevents floor damage. Also, serves as a preventive measure to protect the treadmill by reducing the amount of dust the tread belt with collect over time.

What is the height of the tread belt (platform) from the floor? It’s between 7-8 inches. A more exact number is probably 7- 3/4 inches.

Does th model include a built-in fan? No.

Does it have wheels on the bottom? Can it be rolled around when folded up? Yes, there are wheels located on the bottom which allow you to move it when in the folded-up position.

Are you required to purchase the LifeSpan weight/exercise monitoring program for $60/year? NO. We have seen many people say they didn’t like having to purchase into this program. You do not need to. We are not sure why these people thought they were required to buy into this program.

Is this model recommended for use as an under the desk treadmill? No. If you want a model for under the desk we would recommend buying on that is specifically made for this purpose. (Read more)

Is it easy to fold-up? In our opinion, Yes. There is a foot trigger to release it and we see most people being able to use one hand to fold it up.

I want to set this model up in my basement, is it heavy? It weighs 197 lbs. Of course some people could move this on their own but we would recommend having another person help you carry it down the steps of your basement.

One person wants after exercising the lights of the center console remain on. Is there a way to turn it off without unplugging it from the wall? Yes. There is a switch in the front bottom.
